Engine
Timing belt
This is the main part of the kit and connects the crankshaft to the camshaft, ensuring that movements are synchronised and the engine runs smoothly.
Water pump
Like any mechanical component, the water pump can wear out over time. It is advisable to replace the water pump when replacing the timing belt, as these two components often have similar service lives, and failure of the water pump can lead to cooling problems.
Clutch kit
It is important to note that the need to replace the clutch and associated components depends on various factors such as normal wear and tear, vehicle mileage, driving style and other factors. If you experience problems such as slipping, vibration or difficulty shifting gears, this could indicate a problem with the clutch, and it may be time to replace these components (master cylinder, release bearing, etc.).
